We quote and dispatch. You get the price and an arrival window before the truck leaves.
The driver confirms before hooking up. Rate schedule, destination, consent form. Nothing moves until you've agreed.
We load. Flatbed for most passenger vehicles, Tilt & Load or Heavy Duty equipment where the vehicle or the site calls for it.
We deliver and invoice. Your vehicle is delivered safely to your chosen destination, and you'll receive an itemized invoice before payment.
Your body shop or mechanic, your dealership, your home or building's garage, an insurance-approved facility, or our storage yard if you need somewhere to leave it while you sort out a claim. If you don't know yet, tell the driver and we'll hold it until you decide. Accepting a tow does not mean you're committed to using a particular repair shop.
