Please provide only information relevant to your request and avoid including sensitive documents or payment-card details in general message fields.

We use relevant information to respond to inquiries; arrange dispatch, pickup, transport and delivery; confirm instructions and towing authorization; prepare or explain invoices; manage property-service requests; consider job applications; maintain service records; protect against misuse; and meet applicable legal obligations.

When you submit a form or contact us, the information you provide is used for the purpose of that request. Where consent is required for another purpose, we will seek it. You may ask about optional information or withdraw consent, subject to legal or contractual restrictions. Information may be shared with personnel and service providers who need it to handle your request, including dispatch and towing personnel, website and form providers, and administrative support. Relevant job details may be shared with a destination repair facility, property representative, insurer or another party when you authorize it or when necessary to carry out your instructions. Information may also be disclosed where required or permitted by law, including lawful requests from authorities.

Website and form providers

Our website uses Webflow and our online forms use Jotform. Their services may process or store information outside your province or Canada, where it can be subject to the laws of the relevant jurisdiction. Embedded maps and links to services such as YouTube, Facebook and Instagram are operated by those providers and are subject to their own privacy practices.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies or embedded content may affect website or form functionality. You can contact us by phone if you prefer not to use an online form.

Retention and protection

We retain information for the purposes described above and for applicable recordkeeping, legal, insurance or dispute-resolution requirements. Retention depends on the type of record and the reason it is held. When information is no longer required, it should be securely deleted or anonymized. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of information and restrict access to people who need it for their work. No website, email service or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Please contact us promptly if you believe information submitted to us has been misused.
