Understand the three common arrangements

Annual membership

An auto club plan sets eligibility, service limits and dispatch procedures. Review the current agreement for the region where you live and the places you travel.

Insurance, warranty or card benefit

Check the documents for your specific policy, vehicle or card. A benefit may need activation or approval, and service arranged outside the provider's process may not qualify for reimbursement.

Direct roadside service

You arrange and pay for a particular job. Ask the provider to confirm the scope and price for the location and vehicle before agreeing.

Compare more than the annual fee

• Destination restrictions and recovery exclusions.

Before requesting assistance
